IT was a busy week for the Astley & Tyldesley Road Runners sending runners to four races.
Mark Riches continued his great start to the season, clocking 82mins.46secs finishing 47th in the Wrexham half marathon - a PB by over 2 minutes. Terry Hughes ran his fastest time for three years in 98mins.10, finishing 179th.
Gary Stevens knocked a amazing 12 minutes off his PB, finishing 87th at the Blackpool half marathon in 87mins 15 secs. Kate Buckley finished 100th lady in her first half marathon in 114mins 24secs.
Lorraine and Brian Lucas were in the prizes yet again at the Radcliffe 12, Lorraine 1st V45 and Brian 2nd V55. Lorraine clocked 95mins 02 finished 80th and Brian 84mins 42secs finished 39th. Mark Riches 26th 81mins 44, John Lee 34th 83mins.23, Craig Bradbury 67th 91mins.57, Terry Hughes 84th 96mins20secs and Jodie Wagstaff 153th 110mins32secs completed the line up.
Paul Butler ran the Lostock 6 in 41mins 44secs finished 105th.
