I TOTALLY agree with H Hamer (LET, Letters) of Blackburn on the issue of vehicles parking on the pavement.
The Roman Road, Pothouse Lane and adjoining estate areas of Darwen are a nightmare.
Parents picking their children up from Moorland School park on the pavement.
People visiting friends park on the pavement and the residents in this area are too lazy to park their vehicles in their drives.
The philosophy of these people must be why should I care if someone has to walk in the road and gets knocked down as long as I don't have to put myself out by parking appropriately?
As H Hamer states, it is time these people were booked.
