PUB regulars and staff have helped raise £1,050 for the Francis House Children's Hospice in Manchester.
And the fundraising came to an end when a 2ft high pile of 10p pieces was pushed over at the Swan and Cemetery pub in Manchester Road, Bury.
Fund raising began last July and staff are delighted with the amount raised. The huge pile of ten pences on the bar amounted to £715. The remainder of the total came from a sponsored felll walk undertaken by some of the customers..
