A HOUSE in Ramsbottom Conservation Area is to be demolished to make way for three new houses.
Plans have been passed to demolish the detached property, in Crow Lane, as it is in poor structural condition.
Bury Council's planning department passed the application on Tuesday, March 8, to allow the front elevation of the house to be left, and extensions will be added to either side to create three new properties.
Car parking spaces will also be created off the unadopted road at the rear of the site.
