TWO historic pubs have re-opened their doors with a new look following major upgrades.
The Old Hall in Heysham - a building which originates from Tudor times - and The Three Mariners on St George's Quay, Lancaster, have been refurbished by Mitchell's of Lancaster.
The interior of both pubs has been completely redecorated and from this week both are offering a new menu and a range of beers in comfortable surroundings.
Mitchell's operations director Jonathan Barker says: "We are delighted with the results of our investment which signals our intent to improve the facilities across our estate of pubs.
