AS the borough is losing 19 police officers and the council tax police precept is increasing by only 7 per cent, does this mean that the enforcement of traffic regulations will cease altogether?
Obviously, it's time this Government followed its own dogma and put the service out to tender, because all its energies are currently being channelled into curbing civil liberties and keeping politicians safe in their beds.
