A ROSSENDALE construction firm is making one of its own flagship developments its new headquarters.
The Hurstwood Group has decided to move to Link 665 in Haslingden, which has just had a £2million in-house refurbishment.
Hurstwood has been at its base in New Hall Hey, Rawtenstall, for eight years but decided to relocate to house its fast-growing team.
Group chairman, Stephen Ashworth, said: ""The decision to move to Link 665 makes perfect sense for the company. It means we can continue to operate and expand as a North West business yet retain our Rossendale roots and our valuable staff and employees.
"We needed a flexible office space that could accommodate that team, had good motorway links and was a modern well-designed space.
"Link 665 is perfect for us because it ticks all the right boxes and in our minds is the best facility available on the market in East Lancashire."
Link 665 was built 16 years ago for P&P Computers but has been completely redeveloped by Hurstwood.
Mr Ashworth added: "Having spent time and effort redeveloping Link 665 we appreciate better than most what an outstanding business environment it is."
Hurstwood will move in April 2005 to take up the majority of the building's first floor.
