Gardens are veiled in frosty white
Shoots of green grasses appear.
Brings a welcome and delight
That spring-time is here.
To see tulips and roses grow
That's what I'm waiting for
When the sun's gentle rays
Bring new and warmer days,
Until that day I'll be patient
And dream of warm days ahead,
While I wait for summer sunshine
I think I'll go back to bed.
