PHIL Wilson has swooped to sign Crewe Alexandra starlet Andrew Bond until the end of the season.
Lancaster City's boss captured the highly-rated midfielder from the famed Gresty Road academy, where his own son Kyle is a star.
Bond, 19, is something of a dead ball specialist and went straight into Wilson's squad for the Easter weekend games at Vauxhall Motors and Ashton United.
The Wigan-based Bond has moved to Giant Axe on work experience and will be eligible for the rest of City's games while continuing to train with Alex.
