BURY and District Local History Society will host a talk on the development of the Conservative Party in the town.
Bury Council archivist Kevin Mulley will give a talk on the party's roots in the borough, covering its growth to modern day popularity.
The event, on July 7, will be at St Marie's Church Room, Manchester Road (near the central library) at 7.45 p.m.
