BOTH my husband and I would like to thank the gentleman who found my son's GCSE results in Blackburn town centre on Wednesday, June 22.
My son was going for an interview and needed to take his certificates. On the way to the interview they dropped out of his file. Both my son and I searched from our home to the town centre. Our last hope was to phone the police station and see if anybody had handed them in.
Just as I was about to phone the doorbell rang and this kind, thoughtful gentleman handed the papers to my son. We will be forever thankful to him for this kind deed. Many others would have left them to blow away in the wind, so whoever you are, a big thank you. You saved the day.
