I HAVE recently attended Fairfield Hospital in my work capacity.
I am employed in a private residential care home for adults with mental health issues.
I attended a client's routine hospital appointment, and the professional approach and attitude that both my ward and I experienced was refreshing. The friendly manner from all nurses and care staff made the visit a joy.
The hospital itself appeared clean, well run and bright. There were guidance notices up detailing the need to maintain cleanliness by use of the hand wash stations and facilities.
I have read, on many occasions, comments on the workings and state of affairs at Fairfield Hospital and I felt it only right that I should say "thank you" on behalf of both my client and myself for a very pleasant visit.
