LANCASHIRE law firm Napthens is to hand over more than £2,000 to the Rosemere Cancer Foundation.
The firm, which has offices in Blackburn, Chorley, Blackpool and Preston, raised almost £600 over Christmas through a raffle.
Staff donated £375 instead of sending out Christmas cards and raised hundreds more from donations and other activities such as dress down days over the past six months.
Napthens chose Rosemere, based at the Rosemere Cancer Centre at Royal Preston Hospital, as its charity last year.
Rosemere raises £700,000 a year for cancer research and care.
Napthens will next sponsor the Rosemere family five-kilometre run and sponsored walk in Witton Park, Blackburn, on May 23.
Angela Ralph, charity committee member at Napthens’ Blackburn office, said: “All our staff are doing a fantastic job supporting the charity and I would also like to thank the generous clients and visitors to our offices who have also helped.
