AN appeal has been made for the return of a camera which was robbed from a 15-year-old boy in Burnley.
Images stored on the silver Casio camera include pictures of the victim’s sick grandmother and pictures of a family Christening.
Detectives said the teenager was walking with a friend along Harold Street, near to Chicken Hill, when he was confronted by two other youngsters.
One ordered the pair to turn out their pockets and punched the teenager in the face.
The mugger snatched the camera and fled down Paisley Street, in the direction of Elmwood Street.
The attacker is said to be white, around 16 to 18, around 5ft 7in tall, of chubby build, with a round face.
He was wearing a black hooded top, a hat and dark tracksuit bottoms.
