A BURNLEY man found dead in the grounds of a disused mill is thought to have died as a result of hypothermia.
The body of Gavin Worthington, 37, of Chatburn Avenue, was discovered at the former Builder’s Centre, in Martin Street mill, on Wednesday night.
An inquest was opened and adjourned by East Lancashire coroner Richard Taylor.
Home Office pathologist Dr Charles Wilson has conducted a post-mortem examination, and has requested permission to conduct further tests to fully establish the cause of his death.
