MORE than 150 trees are being planted across Hyndburn.
Pupils from St Mary Magdalens's Primary School in Accrington will be helping local residents plant trees on Lupin Close whilst students from The Hollins Technology College will be planting trees in Haworth Park.
And at All Saints Primary School, Clayton-le-Moors, funding has been secured from Trees for All to plant various species Baxenden Comm-unity Forum has organised an open event at Haworth Park on Saturday between 10am and 12 noon.
