PENDLE Council wants teenagers to put themselves forward for an international youth seminar in Israel.
Two, aged 16 and 17, will be selected to represent the borough’s twinning association in Herzliya next October.
Organisers are looking to encourage internat-ional friendship and understanding through learning about different cultures.
Young people from Germany, France, Turkey, Hungary and China will also attend the seminar.
To be considered for the trip, send a CV, passport- sized photograph and a covering letter to: David Carter, Chairman, Pendle Twinning Association, Town Hall, Nelson, Lancs, BB9 7LG before next Wednesday.
