A NON-league footballer remains in a coma after a serious attack in Manchester city centre.
Ramsbottom United FC winger Matthew Edgington, has undergone a tracheotomy.
The 25-year-old suffered a fractured skull and cheekbone while celebrating the club’s win over Alsager Town on November 28.
Bernard Morley, Ramsbottom co-manager, said: “His condition is still the same pretty much.
"All our thoughts are with him and his family at this time.”
