AN EAST Lancashire restaurant business has enjoyed a sales boost after a successful online promotion.
Bosses at the Northcote Group said revenue had increased by £90,000 since it began offering gift vouchers for its flagship hotel and four gastro pubs on its website.
The vouchers are purchased online, creating a personalised gift set which can then be redeemed at the Northcote Hotel, in Langho, the Three Fishes, in Mitton and at the Clog and Billy-cock in Pleasington.
The vouchers can also be used at the Bull at Broughton, near Skipton, and the Highwayman Inn, near Kirkby Lonsdale.
Northcote sales and marketing director Kate Mathew said: “Our gift voucher service has proven extremely popular. In just seven easy steps visitors can create a personal gift delivered straight to the recipient’s door.”
And she added: “We’ve found that guests have been delighted with their gift, particularly since they have the freedom to choose their restaurant and dates, making it an ideal gift.”
The online vouchers were designed by eBusiness UK, a web design and development company based in Capricorn Park, in Blackburn.
