Three quarters of businesses in the North of England do not have a policy relating to the employment of people with disabilities, according to research published today.
A survey of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), which make up more than 99% of all businesses, discovered that only 16% of businesses in the region that do not employ disabled people have any interest in finding out more about people with disabilities joining their companies
