POLICE are asking for the public’s help to identify the owners of this picture of a couple in 1950s dress.
The snap was found by Ribble Valley police investigating a string of burglaries.
Now, they want to reunite the old-fashioned photograph with its owners.
Detective Sergeant Nigel Watson said: “The original photo is just larger than passport size and we are keen to reunite it with its owners.
“I appeal to anyone who recognises the people in the photo to contact us.”
Officers believe the photo could have been stolen from the Oldham, Blackburn or Ribble Valley areas and are appealing for anyone who recognises the people picture to contact them.
Anyone with information should call the police on 0845 125 35 45.
