LANDMARK venues in Padiham and Rossendale are set to go under the hammer in Manchester later this month.
The owners of the former White Horse pub, beside Padiham Town Hall in Burnley Road, want £215,000 for the hostelry.
Empty for months, the prominent pub comes with a three-bedroom apartment, alongside the main bar and a second-floor function room.
The property has been placed up for auction by Preston-based agents Pugh and Company at Manchester United’s Old Trafford ground on July 16.
Meanwhile the former market hall in Lord Street, Bacup, is also up for grabs, with bids of over £125,000 being sought from buyers.
Auctioneers have previously tried to dispose of the grade II listed building, located near to the town’s police station, without success.
