Dedication at Blackburn with Darwen Mothers’ Union festival
Around 200 members of Blackburn with Darwen Mothers’ Union attended its annual Deanery Festival at St Cuthbert’s Church, Darwen.
During the service the new deanery banner, made by Diana Holden from Burnley, was dedicated.
