THOUSANDS of funseekers turned out for the 49th Ribchester Field Day on Saturday despite the on-off rain.
A fancy dress parade got under way at 1pm accompanied by three bands and Ribchester morris dancers.
Music was provided by the Blackburn and Darwen Band, the City of Preston Band and the Red Rose Band.
Entertainment included the Pendle Dog Display Team, Ridgeside Falcons, a mini fairground and donkey rides.
