THE NORTH West Air Ambulance had to attend to a concussed rider who fell from their horse at a charity event.
Around 40 people took place in the charity horse ride at Brogden Hall Farm, in Barnoldswick, on Sunday.
They rode from Brogden Lane to Greenfield Lane and back, but one rider fell from their horse and needed treatment from paramedics.
Organisers thanked the air ambulance staff for their prompt attention to the rider who made a quick recovery.
Money raised from the event will be divided between Pendleside Hospice, Marie Curie Cancer Care and Macmillan Cancer Support.
