A Flasher who struck twice in Rawtenstall was arrested at a hospital just after his partner had given birth, a court was told.
A warrant had been issued for Christian Moon, 23, when he failed to turn up to court and police arrived at Fairfield Hospital, Bury, where his daughter had earlier been born, Burnley Magistrates heard.
Market researcher Moon, who has now twice exposed himself when he has been "blind drunk" and also once defacated in public, admitted indecent exposure on November 8.
The defendant, of Yew Tree Grove, Rawtenstall, was bailed until January 7, for a pre-sentence report and will appear before Rossendale justices. The bench chairman told him his behaviour had been "quite disgusting and deplorable."
Alex Mann, prosecuting, told the court that on November 8 at 11.30pm, at the junction outside the Queens pub in Bank Street, police saw the defendant at the traffic lights exposing himself. He was extremely drunk, facing members of the public and seemed to be doing it deliberately.
The prosecutor said the police thought Moon had a problem either with drink or exposing himself. On August 4, he had been given a fixed penalty for being drunk and disorderly when he exposed himself in Rawtenstall.
She said a week later, the defendant had been drunk and disorderly and had defacated in public.
Mrs Mann added :"He is not learning this sort of behaviour is inappropriate. He gets himself into a state and he keeps doing it."
Nick Dearing, defending, said Moon was deeply embarrassed when he sobered up and found out what he had done.
He added that Moon had not struck outside a school or in front of pensioners and that people out drinking at the time had probably seen far worse There was no suggestion any member of the public was harassed, alarmed or distressed, Mr Dearing said, and at the time of the offence Moon had thought he was in the toilet.
Mr Dearing, who described the defendant as an "idiot," and a "buffoon," said Moon had been arrested after he gone back to the ward to get his partner's dressing gown just after she gave birth.
The solicitor went on :"Clearly when he goes on drink binges, he loses all control and all self respect.
"He is deeply embarrassed and mortified by what he has done.
"He is a fool in drink, nothing more, nothing less."
