Morecambe's temporary ice rink is set to open next week.
The synthetic mini-arena, in the car park next to The Platform on Marine Road Central, will be able to accommodate up to 75 people at a time and comes with a snow machine, music sound system and a mascot, ‘Peter the Penguin’.
There will also be refreshments and festive gift stalls.
The rink is open every day from Wednesday, December 17 till Monday, December 22 from 1pm to 9pm.
Admission to the ice rink is £3 for adults and £2 for children.
