POLICE say they are “concerned” about a Colne man who has been missing for three weeks.
Howard Grimshaw, 34, was last seen at his home in Oak Street at around 9.15am on November 13.
Officers say they are particularly concerned because Mr Grimshaw, who is known as Howie, had been suffering from depression before his disappearance.
Det Insp Simon Cheyte, from Pendle CID, said: “Howard has gone missing once before but only for one day. Given that he has now been missing for three weeks and that he has recently been feeling depressed, both my officers and his family are growing increasingly concerned for him.
“I would urge anyone who may have seen Howard or know where he is to come forward.
“Likewise if Howard himself sees or hears this appeal, we would appeal for him to get in touch to let us know he is safe and well.”
Mr Grimshaw is described as 5ft 3ins, clean shaven with a skinhead haircut and fair complexion.
He is believed to have been wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt-type top, blue jeans and red trainers when he went missing.
Mr Grimshaw lived in Colne but was born in Skipton and still has ties in the area.
Anyone with information should call police on 0845 1253545.
