Rawtenstall market has been given a makeover.

Improved car parking spaces, new toilet flooring, repainting and improvements for wheelchair users are some of the changes which have taken place.

Mike Riley, head of communities at Rossendale Council, said: “Feedback from customers has been very positive.”
