Wanted man could be in Blackburn or Preston
POLICE have released the picture of a wanted man.
Shaun Wilkinson, 20, is wanted for robbery and possession of drugs with intent to supply.
He is believed to be in the Mill Hill area of Blackburn or his home town of Preston.
Inspector John Clucas said: “Any details the public have may have could be crucial."
