Reception for Darwen's Paralympic medal winner
DARWEN'S Paralympic silver medallist Felicity Coulthard guest of honour at a reception held by the Mayor of Blackburn with Darwen.
Coun Mohammed Khan welcomed Felicity to his parlour at Blackburn Town Hall following the 23-year-old's success at this year's Games.
Felicity, of Sudell Road, whose cerebral palsy affects her mobility and speech, won a silver medal in the dressage event in Hong Kong.
