The old Methodist chapel in Richmond Road, Accrington
PLANS to change a former Methodist chapel in Accrington into a reception venue and restaurant, have been submitted for a third time.
The plans for the Richmond Road chapel have been turned down in the past by Hyndburn Council as only 44 parking spaces are available.
Re-submitted plans also include the formation of a car park.
