ROSSENDALE Hospice is encouraging people all over the Valley to ‘Light up a Life’ this Christmas.
The appeal will allow Rossendale folk to dedicate lights to close friends, relatives, and others who have passed away.
A donation to the hospice is needed for a light to be dedicated to a loved one.
Sam Morris, fundraising manager, said: “The appeal is unique. Not only may those who get involved feel comforted by remembering a loved one, but the donation also allows Rossendale Hospice to continue its vital service of caring for patients and their families living with a life-limiting illness.”
All donations should be made to ‘Light up a Life’ Appeal, Rossendale Hospice, Cribden House, Rossendale Hospital, Rossendale, BB4 6NE by Friday, November 28.
