TWO men have today been remanded in custody charged with attacking Gino Hargreaves.
Kieran Chatburn, 29, of Hamlet Close, Bank Top, and Stuart Hartley, 25, of no fixed address, appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with wounding with intent.
They were remanded in custody to appear before Preston Crown Court at a date to be set.
Gino, 15, was found with serious head injuries in the Hancock Street area of Blackburn on Thursday October 30.
He was in a medically-induced coma while he fought for life.
Over the weekend it was revealed he had been moved out of the intensive care unit of Hope Hospital and transferred to the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.
