BACUP and Rawtenstall Grammar School celebrated a successful year at its prize evening.
At the Waterfoot school’s event last night, headteacher Marc Morris congratulated returning year 11 and year 13 students, who chalked up top results.
Guest of honour at the event was John Cahill, a stockbroker from Real Estate Equities.
Speaking at the event, which took place in the school hall at the venue in Glen Road, Mr Morris said he was proud of all of the students, adding: “We try to make the school a place where students can discover and develop their talents, interests and abilities to the full.
"They discover and adjust to their own limitations.”
