Brass Funkies
Haslingden & Helmshore Band have won first prize at the Pontin's National Brass Band championships at Prestatyn Sands, North Wales. The band have now won first prize at the Butlin's and Pontin's championships in the same year.
Not content with that the band are now competing in the Wilkinson's championships in November.
The band rehearse each Tuesday evening in the "Band Hut" on Wells St. Haslingden
