EIGHT-year-old Chloe Martindale won’t only be going to see a pantomime this Christmas, she will be perfoming in one.
Chloe, of Burns Walk, Darwen, is one of five young dancers chosen from more than 100 to take part in Cinderella at Chorley Little Theatre.
The Ashleigh Primary School pupil is the only child to have been chosen from Darwen. The others comel from Chorley and Preston.
Chloe’s mum, Samantha Martindale, said: “I’m very proud of her.
“At the moment she is rehearsing . She’s eating and sleeping dance and pantomime.
“It’s great for her, because she auditioned on her own and because she’s the only child from Blackburn with Darwen to get through.”
Chloe will be fitting her dance routines around school as the pantomine runs from Friday, December 12 to Saturday, December 20.
