A 29-year-old man has admitted a sex attack on a teenage girl in Blackburn and been remanded to await sentence.
Blessing Mwenye of Burnley Road, Blackburn,had been due to stand trial at Preston Crown Court after he denied raping the girl at his home in March.
The prosecution accepted his plea of guilty to a charge of sexual activity with the girl on the day his trial was due to start.
He is also awaiting sentence after pleading guilty to a similar offence at Manchester Crown court last month.
He will be dealt with for both offences on November 21 when a background report has been prepared by the probation service.
Mwenye was remanded in custody.
