DANCE students – this is your chance to win an exclusive workshop with the award-winning Phoenix Dance Theatre at Blackpool Grand Theatre.
Phoenix Dance Theatre returns to the Grand on November 27 and 28 with a programme of inspiring and entertaining contemporary dance.
The theatre is offering the chance to win a workshop with the dancers.
There are 20 places available and it will take place at the theatre on Friday, November 28 at 2pm and will be run by Phoenix Dance’s rehearsal director/choreographer Ana Lujan Sanchez.
Dancers from the company will also attend.
How to enter
To enter, schools are invited to choreograph an original contemporary dance piece of no more than 10 minutes.
Each class should then film a section of their piece (maximum 3 minutes) and upload it onto the YouTube website at www.youtube.com.
Send the You Tube URL by October 31 at 12 noon to ecomm@blackpoolgrand.co.uk.
Visitors to Blackpool Grand’s website will pick their favourite clips and the top five groups will visit the theatre to perform their dance in front of three judges.
