A MAN who flouted a community order had no home and shower and did not want to turn up smelly, Burnley Magistrates heard.
Gary Lee Holt, 20, of Wordsworth Street, had done just five and a half hours out of 190 hours unpaid work he had been given and the probation service felt he was not motivated to attend.
John Rusius, defending, said Holt's mother had had a heart attack and he had had housing and financial problems.
Holt admitted breaching the order, imposed for possessing an offensive weapon. The bench revoked it and made a three month curfew, seven days a week, between 8pm and 8am. He must also do 100 hours unpaid work.
