Rosegrove Lane butcher Stephen Berkins — who has won many awards in the past — is now hoping to win the Pork Sausage of the Year award.
He has reached the final three in the BPEX Food Service Pork Sausage of the Year competition. He has been awarded a plaque for reaching the final.
He will know the result next Friday. All his pork is from Bacup.
