A man exposed himself in broad daylight to a 25-year-old woman in Nelson's Marsden Park at around 4.50pm on Friday.
He was described as being white, in his early 30s, around 5ft 7ins, of a medium build, with a shaved head and tanned skin.
He was said to be dressed all in black clothing.
