A DECISION will tonight be made by Blackburn with Darwen councillors on a new the controversial £50milion bus lane.
The council’s ruling executive board will be asked to give the goahead to the Pennine Reach scheme when it meets in Darwen this evening.
The one-way, dedicated bus lane, which will link Blackburn, Darwen and Accrington, will also need the green light from Lancashire County Council.
