PEOPLE with the surname Kay descended on Burnley for their annual reunion.
As part of the event they were shown around Gawthorpe Hall, which was chosen because Sir James Kay-Shuttleworth married Janet Shuttleworth in 1842, the heiress of Gawthorpe Hall and took on her name.
More than 40 people attended, including Anne Gibson, from Daytona Beach, Florida.
