TWO sixth-form pupils from Darwen Aldridge Community Academy are to promote how we can all help make the world a better place.
Rebecca Ainsworth and Sarah Varey, both 16, flew to London to speak at the launch of a new book called ‘Teach Your Granny to Text & Other Ways to Change the World’, as part of We Are What We Do’s Young Speakers programme.
They were selected for their enthusiasm and passion for the initiative and will now visit local primary schools to inspire and motivate people to make changes to the way they live.
