A BY-election for the vacant Billington and Old Langho ward is being held today.
Liberal Democrat Graham Sowter resigned from the post in September for personal reasons.
Candidates are:
John Green - Lib Dems
Carl Ross - Conservative
Tomas Thurogood-Hyde - Labour.
