Five men have been charged after a series of raids took place in East Lancashire earlier this week which saw suspected cocaine, weapons, cash, and mobile phones seized.
Paddy Nolan, 27, of Hallam Road, Nelson, Ross Boys, 27, of Mitella Street, Burnley, Michael Ashton, 43, of Moorhead Street, Colne, and Darren Mott, 45, of Henley Avenue, Irlam, Greater Manchester, have all been remanded in custody after appearing at Blackburn Magistrates' Court yesterday morning (December 3).
They will next appear at Burnley Crown Court on January 6 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
A fifth man was also arrested yesterday on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
Scott Boys, 34, also of Mitella Street, Burnley, was last night charged with the conspiracy.
He will join his co-defendants at Burnley Crown Court on January 6.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Blackburn Magistrates' Court this morning (December 4).
Officers from Lancashire Police executed early morning warrants at the addresses on Monday (December 2).
During searches, officers from the East Targeted Crime Unit also recovered a significant quantity of suspected cocaine, weapons, cash, mobile phones and other drug paraphernalia.
