Newsquest Rewards
If you can’t resist a bargain or love to find discount codes online, did you know with a Newsquest Rewards membership you can save hundreds every year?
I recently used the Newsquest Rewards savings calculator and discovered I can save around £800 a year by making the most of deals and discounts available.
This includes saving money on groceries, coffee shops, takeaways, health and beauty and electronics.
Not to mention, savings for home and garden items, as well as travel costs are also included.
To take advantage of the savings you need to be a Lancashire Telegraph subscriber and can sign up here.
How to save money
Ready to check how much you could save annually by having a Newsquest Rewards membership? It’s easy.
How to use the Newsquest Rewards calculator – check your savings
When visiting the savings calculator on Newsquest Rewards, which can be found on the Discounts page, all you need to do is enter the amount you spend on various goods and services per month, then click calculate.
Newsquest Rewards then estimates the amount you could save every year by regularly using your membership.
For example, many people could save up to 5% on groceries per shop or 20% on cinema tickets.
My total savings for the year by using the best deals and discounts on Newsquest Rewards from the likes Tesco, Asda, Costa and more came to £808.56 – pretty impressive.
Debbie Hellaby, brand marketing and compliance manager, said: "As the temperatures drop and the pressures of Christmas approach, we're reminded of the challenges posed by the cost of living crisis.
"We encourage our readers to alleviate some of this strain by taking advantage of the discounts and savings available through Newsquest Reader Rewards.
"The savings you make in just one week can more than cover the cost of your subscription and beyond."
