An Adlington business has been rebranded after 'eight years of success.'

ST Accident Repair Centre, which specialises in vehicle repair and accident management services, marked the occasion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

It was attended by the Speaker of the House of Commons, Sir Lindsay Hoyle MP, and bodyshop director Andrew Wren.

The company has rebranded due to its 'impressive growth' but will continue to sit alongside its sister company, DA Techs.

Mr Wren said: "We’re thrilled to begin an exciting new chapter for our business.

"We’re proud to firmly remain part of the DA Techs group, enabling us to provide a comprehensive repair service, and this rebrand gives ST Accident Repair Centre the opportunity to establish our own distinct identity in the local community, while the DA Techs brand continues to grow as a nationwide franchise."

Sir Hoyle has followed the progress of the company since its inception and has 'expressed his delight in witnessing an organisation deeply committed to empowering young people in their community.'

He was keen to hear that ST Accident Repair Centre was determined to maintain that momentum.

The company has recently been awarded the Kitemark British Standard certification 10125, making it an insurance-approved repair centre.

This is a 'universal stamp of approval' within the automotive industry.
