A man will be sentenced next year after admitting a range of sexual offences.
Kurt Devoi-Foster, 33, appeared at Preston Crown Court on Thursday (November 28).
Devoi-Foster was charged with four counts of failing to comply with sex offender notification requirements, attempting to engage in sexual communications with a child, and attempting to cause/incite a girl aged 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity.
He failed to inform the police of changes in his email address and passport and failed to register a new bank card with officers.
He also did not tell them of a new username he was using online, namely 'G-Spot'.
In addition to this, Devoi-Foster sent sexual messages to a child he believed to be 13 years old and attempted to cause/incite a child he believed to be 13 to engage in sexual activity.
He pleaded guilty to all the offences.
Devoi-Foster, of Terry Street, Nelson, will be sentenced on March 5, 2025, and was granted bail until that hearing.
